WILLIAM CARTER HERNQUIST II
William Carter Hernquist II is the founding partner of Hernquist & Associates, A.P.C. and has an extensive history of success in several specialized practice areas for over thirty years. His professional experience includes representing businesses in the construction industry and manufacturing industry from risk management, insurance related matters to complex state and federal litigation. Mr. Hernquist also handles general business litigation, contract disputes involving both domestic and international venues as well as real estate disputes.
Mr. Hernquist graduated with honors from both California State University, Chico and University of the Pacific, McGeorge School of Law. Currently, Mr. Hernquist is a member of the construction subsection of the San Diego County Bar Association, the Real Property and Construction Law Section of the California State Bar Association, the Association of Builders and Contractors, Inc. and the Sheet Metal & Air Conditioning Contractors National Association. He is a member of the State Bar of California, San Diego County Bar Association and The Association of Trial Lawyers of America.
Mr. Hernquist also is a professional off-road race car driver and team owner/manager.
